1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services & Appointments
- All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking system or by phone.
- A deposit may be required for certain services (including hair extensions and luxury makeovers). Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Late Arrivals will be subject to cancellation, and pre-payments will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if policies are not followed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in our booking policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or service fees.
- Repeated no-shows may result in termination of booking privileges.
3a. Refunds – All Sales Are Final
- All Sales Are Final on all Services
- Any purchased UNUSED haircare products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed in our booking system.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Gift Cards & Packages
- Gift cards are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
- Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe and may not be transferred unless otherwise approved.
6. Personal Responsibility & Results
- Results vary depending on individual hair type, history, and aftercare.
- Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided during their service.
- The Loft Salon Studio is not liable for results that differ due to undisclosed hair history, improper aftercare, or external factors beyond our control.
7. Website Use
- Content on our website (including images, articles, and videos) is for informational purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Loft Salon Studio is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
- We make no guarantees regarding website availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free content.
