Cancellation & Refund Policy:

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy - No Refunds & All Sales Are Final


Once you have initiated doing business with The Loft Salon Studio, a 50% cancellation fee

applies to any reserved appointments.


All sales are final on services —no refunds will be issued.

Due to the ultra-customized and premium nature of my makeover experiences, all transactions are non-refundable.


⚠️ Conditional Complimentary Removal


If, after your makeover, you find that hair extensions do not suit your lifestyle, a

conditional complimentary removal may be offered within 21 days of purchase.

This is contingent upon proper aftercare and the condition of the hair at the time of removal.

The value of this removal service is $200/hour and is provided as a courtesy — not a refund.
Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in being charged the full removal rate.

Booking & Cancellations :

🗓️ Booking Policy & NO REFUNDS OF PRE-PAYMENTS.

To reserve professional time, a non-refundable $1,000 commitment fee

is required.

This payment secures your private appointment time and will be applied toward your final makeover package.

Appointments are by consultation and commitment only .Due to the highly customized nature of my services, all scheduling is done personally and with intention — availability is limited, and serious inquiries are prioritized.


🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

A 50% cancellation fee applies to any appointment canceled after the commitment fee has been paid.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours' notice may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the scheduled time.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a full day hair extension reservations may required a new deposit that equals 50% of the packaged price. And then you will need to wait for the next availability.

Missed appointments or “no-shows” will be treated as cancellations and may result in loss of your reserved time and future booking privileges.

💳 $1,000 Non-Refundable Commitment Fee

$1,000 non-refundable commitment fee is required to book your consultation and secure your spot.

This amount will be applied toward your final makeover package.

Depending on the package total, the remaining balance will be due

before services are rendered — and this will be fully outlined during your first meeting.


Getting finances squared away upfront allows us to focus completely on your experience and ensures a seamless, stress-free process.


❗Important Notes:

If you choose not to move forward past our first meeting, the $1,000 fee covers the professional time spent preparing and meeting with you. It is not refundable.


🏦 Banking Tip: Unless you’re bringing cash for the full makeover amount, please

contact your bank or card provider in advance to authorize the upcoming purchase.

This avoids unnecessary fraud alerts that could delay your booking or service.

By booking your appointment, you authorize The Loft Salon Studio

to charge your card for agreed-upon services, including the non-refundable commitment payment. The cardholder must be the individual receiving services no exceptions.

🔒 Service Exclusivity Policy

To protect the quality of your transformation and ensure consistent, professional results:


All services related to your makeover must be performed exclusively by Ann Marie Walts for the duration of our agreement.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Color services
Hair extensions (adjustments, removals, or installations)
Smoothing or texture treatments
Any salon-based corrective services


Receiving services elsewhere during our time working together will void your service agreement and may result in the cancellation of future appointments.


This policy exists to protect your investment — and to ensure the highest level of quality, care, and outcome.

Availability is limited.

I only take on a select number of clients per year to ensure each transformation receives the time, focus, and quality it deserves.


Results and quality are what I care about most for you.


📸 Photography & Media Usage

During your transformation process, photos will be taken for documentation and client records.


In some cases, these images may be featured on our website or social media to showcase the quality of our work. If selected for marketing or promotional use, you'll receive a complimentary “after” photo as a thank-you.


Please note: There is no monetary compensation associated with the use of these images.


Your privacy and satisfaction are always prioritized.

Customer Service Agreement that clearly outlines every detail of your transformation — including final commitments and expectations.


We’ll review:

Every detail will be discussed to ensure you're making an educated,confident decision— and that the services are truly the right fit for you, your,lifestyle, and your hair!


I will make sure you have a very enjoyable, stress-free experience.



MOST IMPORTANTLY:

Please do not schedule anything else on the day(s) you're booked with me.

This experience is all about you, and it takes time.
